Daniel Sims

Executive Chairman

Daniel is an experienced financier, having worked as a Portfolio Manager at large investment firms and Family Offices in Australia, New Zealand and Germany. His focus has predominantly been on smaller companies in the public and private markets – from initial due diligence, through to acquisition, growth strategy and exit.

Daniel is the Co-Founder of HD Capital Partners, a boutique investment company that manages two funds for high-net-worth clients as well as a separate account for a $600M German based Family Office.

Harley Grosser

Director

Harley is the Co-Founder of HD Capital Partners, and MD of Capital H Management, a boutique investment company that manages two funds for high-net-worth clients as well as a separate account for a $600M German based Family Office.

Prior to HD Capital Partners, Harley Founded Capital H Management whose flagship fund has delivered 17% per annum net of fees since inception in 2018. He is also the MD of ASX listed ARC Funds Limited and is on the Board ASX listed Motio Limited.
