Frontline Services Group (FSG) is a dynamic collective of locally based fire service companies with expertise in all aspects of building fire protection services. With over 85 employees and a service area stretching from Sydney to the NSW/QLD border, we can service all of your fire needs with a local presence ensuring a quick and reliable response.

First established over 40 years ago, NCFS is an fire protection industry leader in the Mid North Coast and has a strong focus on providing professional yet personalised service for all its customers

Delivering fire safety services to over 2,200 locations across a multitude of sectors including aged care facilities, schools, education and pre-schools, major retailers, high rise residential buildings and various types of government infrastructure. 

In December 2020 NCFS was passed on from founding owner Gary Gilbert to the current owner and Managing Director, Tom Laundry. Tom is a Port Macquarie local, born and bred. Tom spent time in Sydney learning his craft as a fire alarm electrician with Wormald from 2003 to 2017 being exposed to a large range of sites and systems. Moving back to Port Macquarie in 2017, Tom started with NCFS as a fire alarm electrician and fire safety assessor. 

Tom has kept the personalised and professional focus NCFS had while under Gary Gilbert’s management while incorporating technology advancements into the business to help improve the service delivery and experience for the customer. Gary Gilbert remains in the business as a fire safety assessor and mentor to the NCFS team. NCFS currently employs 35 staff across the Mid North Coast of NSW.

PEP Training provides Emergency Training solutions for all business levels including all government departments. Our courses are aligned with the ATQF. Our courses and equipment are as follows:
